Policies & Cancellations
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice
for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed lessons may incur a fee, as
lesson time is reserved exclusively for each student
Lessons missed without notice may be charged. We encourage timely communication to avoid inconvenience.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on lesson usage and package terms.
No. Lessons are not conducted on public holidays.
